If your computer is in need of service or maintenance please stop by our store today to drop off your computer; no appointment is necessary. We work on personal, notebook, and server computers. Normal system repair turn-around times are 2-3 business days. Some data recovery services may take longer than 2-3 days depending on severity of hardware failure. Limited Warranty

One year parts and labor warranty on complete computer system purchases. 30 days on OEM products and 6 months on all other parts purchased. Most products come with at least a one year manufacturer's warranty. Please ask any one of our sales representatives for more details. Any products purchased directly through this site carry a manufacturer's warranty only. Printers are warranted through the manufacturer.

Refund and Return Policy

There will be no refunds or returns after 7 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in their original packaging materials and must be accompanied by Sales receipt. Any returned merchandise from which the UPC Code has been removed from its packaging will not be accepted. Refund policy and this Limited Warranty are voided if product is damaged or made defective by improper handling or usage. No return or exchange on all software purchases. Please call for authorization on returns. Once the return is authorized, please ship the product fully insured and prepaid using a traceable carrier. There will be a $ 25.00 fee applied to any returned checks. Prices, fees, and charges listed on this site are subject to change without notice.
