E-Store (Online Store) Policy

- Please note that not all items are covered by this return policy. Some manufacturers require that their items be handled directly by them. We suggest that you check the complete returns policy before making your purchase.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- DOA/Defective products are allowed for return for replacement or credit.
- All returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
- All returns must be in original factory cartons with all original packing materials.
- All original materials such as manuals, and accessories must be included or you will be billed for the missing parts.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
- Return authorization must be received within 10 business days from the date of the RMA or the return will be refused.
- All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty.
- Please check with the manufacturer for specific warranty information.

Computer Systems Limited Warranty

One year parts and labor warranty on complete computer system purchases. 30 days on OEM products and 6 months on all other parts purchased. Most products come with at least a one year manufacturer's warranty. Please ask any one of our sales representatives for more details. Any products purchased directly through this site carry a manufacturer's warranty only. Printers are warranted through the manufacturer.

Refund and Return Policy

There will be no refunds or returns after 7 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in their original packaging materials and must be accompanied by Sales receipt. Any returned merchandise from which the UPC Code has been removed from its packaging will not be accepted. Refund policy and this Limited Warranty are voided if product is damaged or made defective by improper handling or usage. No return or exchange on all software purchases. Please call for authorization on returns. Once the return is authorized, please ship the product fully insured and prepaid using a traceable carrier. There will be a $ 25.00 fee applied to any returned checks. Prices, fees, and charges listed on this site are subject to change without notice.
